Recipe to Make the Best Stuffed Peppers

It’s true, I cooked last night.  Not only that, I totally gutted the recipe for these stuffed peppers, and by gutted the recipe I mean that I made it up on the fly as I was walking through the grocery store and while figuring out how to “bake.”  Before I blow all of your minds with my delicious stuffed peppers recipe, however, I have two quick things that need to be taken care of.

First, has everyone who wants to win the Harry & David basket entered the contest?

As I mentioned in my last post, winning this Tower of Treats Gourmet Gift basket is easy. You have to do two things. First, become a fan of this blog on Facebook. Second, write on the iblogwhatieat Facebook fanpage Wall and tell me what your favorite food to eat around the holidays is. I’ll pick a winner at 6pm tomorrow and let you know.

The other necessity that I need to take care of before walking you through my recipe picture-book is a quick iblog roundup.  Here we go…

My friend Weffen over at I Blog What I Buy has been a busy guy and has written three new posts since we last checked in:

Not to be out-done, Steve over at I Blog What I Hear has written three new posts as well:

Now that we got all that out of the way, let’s get cookin’…
