Today I met up with an old friend for lunch at Houston’s in Hackensack. I don’t know how they do it, but that place is always crowded when I go there.
Anyway, I got the Famous French Dip Au Jus, which is a fancy way of saying roasted prime rib thinly sliced and piled high on a toasted French roll. And yes, it tasted as good as that sounds. The thin French fries that they have there are quite delicious as well.
