		<description>Finger foods are always a good bet for a fight night event.  Something my sister likes to do is to serve food from the region that each fighter is from.  For example, Pacquiao is from the Philipines, so you can serve Lumpia.  

Another angle is to name all your dishes with a fight theme.  For example, you should definitely serve &quot;punch&quot; and maybe some onion rings...&quot;black-eyed&quot; pea chili, upper-cut fries, &quot;black and blue&quot; berry pie and perhaps a &quot;knock-out&quot; alcoholic beverage.  You get the picture.  Sounds like a lot of fun.  Let us know if you host a Superbowl party!  =)</description>
