I know I’m missing quite a few meals, but the blog must go on… right? I’m sorry for sucking Mr. AB. I’ll try to take better care of my blog. Updating every time I eat is hard to do when things get busy though. Regardless, I blog way more often than this guy.
Anyway, today I was working hard on a new site for work all morning, so I decided to reward myself by trying out the new Bobby’s Burger Palace in Paramus, NJ on Route 4. Whole Foods is in the same shopping center, and there has always been a line out the front door when I’ve considered going here.
Was it worth it? Yes, definitely. In fact, Rosanna couldn’t stop talking about how awesome her burger was after we ate. Amazingly, I ordered my burger medium rare, and they served it medium rare. I love a good burger, so excellent work all around people. Excellent work.

That is the most awesome looking burger I have ever seen!
Glad you are semi back. Missed your delicious looking foods!
I’m going to force Bobby to abdicate his burger throne, and then I will rule supreme in the burger palace. (=My dream) Mwahahahhaha!
Ah I am so happy to have you back! I missed reading about your meals and the snippets of you life that you toss in. Skip a few posts if you need, but don’t leave us! We need you
Mmmm, burger.
Oh sh*t they finally opened Bobby’s. I know where I’ll be eating this weekend. ^^
We’ll probably give this another try, but I have to say we were underwhelmed by our first visit to Bobby’s Burger Palace. Both of our burgers were unevenly cooked, and I didn’t like that they put a drippy white dressing (blue cheese, I suppose) on the blue cheese burger. More real blue cheese would have been better, and less messy. The condiments were interesting though, and the decor and layout of the place was nice.
ooo man i want that burger stat
My daughter and I had dinner at BBP and I must say it was the worst burger I have ever had. I had the buffalo burger and she had the Dallas. The blue cheese sauce on my burger was so salty I had to scrap off all of my toppings. It is over priced and its only a name.
Sorry to hear that Liz. Maybe I just got lucky…
After reading your post- I decided to try it for take out last night. Had the Bobby’s Bleu Burger and onion rings. Burger was FANTASTIC and served med rare as I requested, the onions rings however were a little on the oily side but they were still tasty. I will definitely go back-but; a suggestion to Bobby : portobello burgers would be nice for my vegetarian friends.
[...] There’s been a little bit of a debate going on in regards to the quality of the burgers at Bobby’s Burger Palace, so I thought I a trip back was in order. Who knows, maybe that first positive experience was a [...]
Having been to Flay’s three NYC restaurants I went to BBP with high expectations. The burgers were indeed delicious and served as ordered. Fries were just ok, the onion rings arrived at room temperature and were pasty and inedible. No one was available to complain to or check. As we had already paid, we chalked up the wasted $3.00 for uneaten onion rings to experience and left. For the prices charged, there should be some concern for the customers.
