I “video chatted” (what nerds!) with Matt this morning and he is safe in Korea hanging out and drinking a Hite.  For breakfast I had what I would consider the classic NY/NJ area morning deli meal – a coffee with taylor ham, egg, and cheese on a roll with salt, pepper, and ketchup.  It was a tossup between that and a bagel with creme cheese, smoked salmon, tomato, and onion as the classic deli breakfast, but the two fought it out and in the end it was the eggs that won.

That coaster is from Ikea and that mug is from the Apple headquarters in Cupertino, CA (I forgot to face the logo forward for the photo)

Soft, toasted kaiser bun with gooey, melt-y American cheese are the important parts.
